At the beginning of the month Macklemore & Ryan Lewis put a tweet out about a music video contest. The contest would feature your video on their website and you could win a free trip to their headlining performance at the Sasquatch Music Festival in Washington. From the start I was hooked. After listening to the song "BomBom" for the first time I was 100% in. Ideas began to rush through my head and scenes came to life in my mind. The song takes the listener on a roller coaster of emotions so I instantly thought action scene. This lead me down the trail to a bank robbery/heist which followed the name of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis's album - The Heist. The video took 2 days to shoot and 3 to edit. For having a budget of $0 the video comes extremely close to the original ideas that the song spoke to me. The project was one of the most exciting shoots I've worked on and I hope that many can relate to the struggle and roller coaster of emotions our main character goes through.
